Poutine on the menu, eh?

It’s official.  We here in the test kitchen are adding poutine as a new item to the Gnome Hole menu.  And I’m not just saying that because I haven’t had dinner yet, or have been reading articles about it lately.  For those of you who know what it is, you’re welcome.  For those who don’t, you’ll thank me later. Books on Breweries

I have been doing a tremendous amount of reading lately.  To put things in perspective, I don’t really like reading.  But I have enjoyed all the books I have been consuming.  Maybe it is because I actually have a passion for the stuff I am reading.  There is a lot to this “I’m opening a brewpub” thing.  There are things you knew you didn’t know, things you didn’t know you were supposed to know, and things you thought you knew until you learned you were [mostly] wrong.  As I read these books, I have been going through a roller-coaster of Read More …
